We believe that a homebuilder should offer customers a straightforward purchase process that is easy to understand and a home that fits their needs. While some homebuilders have chosen to reduce the features included in their homes with the hope of selling the customer high priced upgrades, capital homes believes that value and satisfaction is delivered to the homebuyer by offering a home that includes the features that most homebuyers want.

Here's how the process works from start to finish:

1. We meet with you for a free informal chat about your ideas and goals. We are happy to meet at our office or on your site. You can bring along your own plans, use one of ours, or start designing your bespoke new home.

2. After meeting with you, we design a concept plan, to match the Topography of your land, your ideas, requirement’s and budget. There is a nominal fee of $3,500. This gives you a Floor Plan, Elevation’s, and a Site Plan.

3. Once you are happy with the concept plan we present a Full Build Estimate.

4. From here, we receive a pre consent deposit to begin working drawings. This covers but is no limited to, the Architect, Engineer and Geo Technical Report.

5. While working drawings are underway, you meet with our Award Winning Colour Consultant to finalise all of your colours and finishing choices.

6. Upon receiving working drawings you are presented with the Fixed Price Contract. Stated in this contract, is the staged payment schedule and time lines along with the Master Builders Guarantee. Once the contract is signed, we receive a deposit and the plans are submitted to council.

7. Once the construction begins you will receive weekly updates from our Project Manager, as well as scheduled site meetings at each stage of the build.

8. The build is complete & Code of Compliance submitted.
